Jane Erlam is an experienced Private Client solicitor having practised for more than 30 years. She first practised in Hampshire and the surrounding counties before relocating to Hereford.

Jane is a member of the Law Society Private Client section. She is a full accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly and a member of Dementia Friends.

Jane deals with

• preparation of Wills
• providing Inheritance Tax advice
• administration of estates and distribution in accordance with the Will or if no Will under the Rules of Intestacy
• providing advice throughout the period of administration and settlement of any taxes payable
• drafting Lasting Powers of Attorney, advice for Enduring Powers of Attorney or an application to the Court of Protection.

Jane likes to take a personal and friendly approach with clients so they can feel comfortable at what may be a difficult time of their life. Jane specialises in dealing with elderly and vulnerable clients.
