Ian Yates

Ian qualified as a solicitor in 1994 and therefore has over 25 years’ experience in dealing with all aspects of Family Law, including Divorce, achieving financial settlements and assisting in settling arrangements for children, following divorce or separation.

Ian also has considerable experience in drafting both Pre-Nuptial and Post-Nuptial Agreements, Cohabitation Agreements and Separation Deeds, as well as helping to prepare Change of Name Deeds for clients and their children.

Ian is a member of the Law Society Family Law Panel, which recognises expertise in this area of the law.
